Flippin Bobcats (Flippin, AR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Cotter Warriors (Cotter, AR), 53-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Flippin upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bobcats host Mount Judea (Mount Judea, AR) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, November 3. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Mount Judea lost 61-6 in their recent non-league bout against St. Paul (St. Paul, AR)

Next up, the Warriors play the Alpena Leopards (Alpena, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 3. Cotter will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
