With the win, Monticello improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to play the Flying Flucos in a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 6. The Flying Flucos go into the battle with a record of 9-0. Fluvanna County won 42-7 in their recent non-league battle against Goochland (Goochland, VA)

The Fighting Hornets now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Charlottesville for a non-league battle on Wednesday, November 6. Orange County will play a Black Knights team coming off a 32-0 non-league loss to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA). The Black Knights record now stands at 0-9.
