The Schley County Wildcats overwhelmed the host Clinch County Panthers softball squad by a count of 17-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 31. Schley County will attempt to upgrade on its 16-14 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 22-8 record after their 15-2 non-league win over Trion (Trion, GA).
The Panthers (19-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Irwin County (Ocilla, GA). The Indians go into the non-league challenge with a 20-3 record. In their last challenge, Irwin County toppled Glascock County (Gibson, GA), 7-3, in a non-league challenge.
