The Academy of the Sacred Heart Saints volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting North Central Hurricanes to 0 in the Saints league triumph on Wednesday.

The Saints now have a 7-16 record. They play next when they travel to Assumption for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 31. Academy of the Sacred Heart will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-22.

With the loss, North Central drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to St. Edmund (Eunice, LA) to play the Fighting Blue Jays in a Division V District 2 outing on Wednesday, October 30. The Fighting Blue Jays come into the outing with a record of 16-7. St. Edmund lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA)
