The Dutchtown Griffins (Geismar, LA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Live Oak Eagles (Watson, LA), 3-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Griffins now possess a 26-8 record. They play next when they travel to Ponchatoula for a non-league bout on Friday, November 1. Dutchtown will clash with a Green Wave team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Northshore (Slidell, LA). The Green Wave record now stands at 18-15.

With the loss, Live Oak drops to 13-18 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Northlake Christian (Covington, LA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 2. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 21-12. Northlake Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA)
