Nevada High School Football - Reed prevails Douglas

In Thursday's league match, the host Reed Raiders football squad scored a good 49-28 triumph over the Douglas Tigers.

The Raiders (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Miners come into the non-league match with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Bishop Manogue prevailed over Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV), 59-14, in a league battle.

The Tigers now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Spanish Springs for a non-league battle on Friday, November 7. Douglas will play a Cougars team coming off a 49-6 league win over Galena (Reno, NV). The Cougars record now stands at 10-0.
