In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Holton Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Riverton Rams.

The Wildcats (37-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Osage City (Osage City, KS). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 27-12 record. In their last test, Osage City achieved victory over Frontenac (Frontenac, KS), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Rams now own a 37-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoisington for a non-league test on Thursday, October 30. Riverton will play a Cardinals team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Holton (Holton, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 36-5.
