Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rockets confront the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 3. Goddard will attempt to better on its 12-6 season record. The Huskies enter the challenge with a 17-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM).
The Bobcats now have a 13-6 record.
