The Ponca City Wildcats football squad scored 47 points and limited the host Capitol Hill Redwolves to 6 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Putnam City West for a 6A-II District 2 test on Friday, November 8. Ponca City will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 40-9 league loss to Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK). The Patriots record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Capitol Hill drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Redwolves travel to Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK) to meet the Bruins in a 6A-II District 2 test on Friday, November 8. The Bruins come into the test with a record of 2-7. Bartlesville won 40-9 in their recent league test against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK)
