The Amarillo Sandies walloped the visiting Lubbock Westerners football team by a score of 64-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Sandies play the Canadian Wildcats (Canadian, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 31. Amarillo will attempt to improve on its 9-1 season record.
The Westerners (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Coronado (Lubbock, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Coronado was ripped by Amarillo (Amarillo, TX), 16-6, in a non-league challenge.
