The Central Tigers soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host DeSoto Dragons to 1 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now hold a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Sikeston for a Southeast Missouri bout on Saturday, November 2. Central will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over St. Pius X (Festus, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-6.

With the loss, DeSoto moves to 9-6 on the year. The Dragons host Poplar Bluff (Poplar Bluff, MO) to play the Mules in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 2. The Mules go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Poplar Bluff won 8-0 in their recent non-league bout against North County (Bonne Terre, MO)
