In Thursday's non-league test, the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Union County Panthers (Blairsville, GA), by a tally of 11-1.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Appling County Pirates (Baxley, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, November 1. Morgan County will attempt to advance on its 26-5 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 24-1 record after their 6-3 non-league win over Stephens County (Toccoa, GA).
The Panthers (17-18) will now prepare for their test against Pike County (Zebulon, GA). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 24-7 record. In their last test, Pike County prevailed over Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA), 15-0, in a non-league test.
