In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Hawaii Prep Ka Makani volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Damien Monarchs.
The Ka Makani (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Le Jardin Academy (Kailua, HI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 16-10 record. In their last challenge, Le Jardin Academy beat Maui Prep (Napili, HI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Monarchs meet the Maui Prep Pueo (Napili, HI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 1. Damien will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Pueo come into the challenge with a 28-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Le Jardin Academy (Kailua, HI).
