The Barbe Buccaneers walloped the visiting Sulphur Golden Tors football team by a score of 55-10 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Buccaneers meet the Sam Houston Broncos (Lake Charles, LA) in a 5A District 3 test, on Friday, November 7. Barbe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Broncos come into the test with a 3-6 record after their 49-21 league loss to Acadiana (Lafayette, LA).
