The McAlester Buffaloes got by the host Durant Lions football team by a score of 22-21 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Buffaloes play the Shawnee Wolves (Shawnee, OK) in a 5A District 3 test, on Friday, November 7. McAlester will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Wolves come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 30-27 league loss to Bishop Kelley (Tulsa, OK).
