Ellison Eagles (Killeen, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Rudder Rangers (Bryan, TX), 59-19 in a league battle.

With the win, Ellison improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Eagles host University (Waco, TX) to play the Trojans in a 5A-2 Region III District 10 battle on Friday, November 7. The Trojans go into the battle with a record of 6-3. University won 42-14 in their recent league battle against Brenham (Brenham, TX)

The Rangers now have a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Waco for a 5A-2 Region III District 10 battle on Friday, November 7. Rudder will play a Lions team coming off a 42-18 league loss to Belton (Belton, TX). The Lions record now stands at 0-9.
