Texas High School Football - Ozona sneaks past Forsan

October 31, 2025: Forsan, TX 79733

The Ozona Lions football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Forsan Buffaloes to 40 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now hold a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Christoval for a 2A-1 Region I District 3 test on Friday, November 7. Ozona will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 38-14 league loss to Sonora (Sonora, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Forsan moves to 3-6 on the season. The Buffaloes travel to Reagan County (Big Lake, TX) to face the Owls in a 2A-1 Region I District 3 challenge on Friday, November 7. The Owls go into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Reagan County won 38-14 in their recent league challenge against Colorado (Colorado City, TX)
