The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders (Jacksonville, FL), witnessed Lake Highland Prep's football squad knock off Old Plank Christian Academy by a tally of 35-14.
With the win, Lake Highland Prep advances its record to 7-2 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL) to encounter the Lions in a non-league bout on Friday, November 7. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 9-2. Foundation Academy won 28-14 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph Academy (St. Augustine, FL)
The Defenders now own a 8-3 record.
