The London Pirates football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Palacios Sharks to 13 in the Pirates league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Pirates face the Orange Grove Bulldogs (Orange Grove, TX) in a 3A-1 Region IV District 15 challenge, on Thursday, November 6. London will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 41-6 league win over Mathis (Mathis, TX).

The Sharks (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Edna (Edna, TX). The Cowboys come into the 3A-1 Region IV District 15 test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Edna topped West Oso (Corpus Christi, TX), 40-6, in a league test.
