Texas High School Football - Lutheran wallops San Marcos Academy

The Lutheran Mustangs football squad scored 53 points and limited the visiting San Marcos Academy Bears to 8 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Faith Academy for a TAPPS Six-Man Division II District 4 (6 Man) game on Friday, November 7. Lutheran will face a Flames team coming off a 51-0 league win over Bracken Christian (Bulverde, TX). The Flames record now stands at 8-1.

The Bears (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Bracken Christian (Bulverde, TX). The Warriors enter the TAPPS Six-Man Division II District 4 (6 Man) game with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Bracken Christian was overwhelmed by Faith Academy (Marble Falls, TX), 51-0, in a league outing.
