The Northside Vikings football team (Lafayette, LA), dropped 32-12 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Westgate Tigers (New Iberia, LA)

The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Comeaux (Lafayette, LA). The Spartans enter the 4A District 4 contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Comeaux was outscored by Lake Charles College Prep (Lake Charles, LA), 56-14, in a non-league contest.

Next up, the Vikings encounter the Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) in a 4A District 4 battle, on Friday, November 7. Northside will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record.
