The Stillwater Pioneers football squad (Stillwater, OK), was nudged 17-14 in Friday's league contest with the host Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK)

The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK). The Pirates enter the 6A-II District 1 contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Putnam City got by Southmoore (Moore, OK), 38-25, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Pioneers battle the Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK) in a 6A-II District 1 contest, on Friday, November 7. Stillwater will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The SaberCats enter the contest with a 5-4 record after their 38-25 league loss to Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK).
