Texas High School Football - Pioneer thwarted by Sharyland

Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Pioneer Diamondbacks (Mission, TX), 42-13 in a league battle.

With the win, Sharyland advances its record to 7-3 on the season.

The Diamondbacks now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mission Veterans Memorial for a 5A-2 Region IV District 15 match on Friday, November 7. Pioneer will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 40-14 league win over Roma (Roma, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 8-1.
