In Friday's league match, the host Petaluma Trojans football squad scored a good 35-7 victory over the Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks.
The Trojans (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA). The Gauchos enter the non-league match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Casa Grande was beaten by American Canyon (American Canyon, CA), 35-0, in a league battle.
The Red Tailed Hawks now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Napa for a battle on Friday, November 7. Tamalpais will play a Grizzlies team coming off a 36-0 league win over Justin-Siena (Napa, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-3.
