The Central Lions softball squad (Carrollton, GA), was routed 13-5 in Friday's non-league contest with the visiting Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA)

With the triumph, Wayne County improves its record to 26-9 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets travel to Harris County (Hamilton, GA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 31. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 30-5. Harris County lost 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Eastside (Covington, GA)

The Lions now hold a 26-9 record.
