The Alanson Vikings were victorious over the visiting Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Vikings now possess a 5-13 record. They play next when they host North Michigan Christian Academy for a Freelance outing on Friday, October 31. Alanson will play a Comets team coming off a 3-0 league win over Alba (Alba, MI). The Comets record now stands at 16-4.
The (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Beaver Island (Beaver Island, MI). The Islanders go into the Northern Lights game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Beaver Island was dropped by Mackinac Island (Mackinac Island, MI), 3-0, in a league game.
