In Friday's non-league match, the Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) volleyball squad overcame the visiting De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), by a count of 2-0.
Next up, the Panthers battle the St. Michael Warriors (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, November 1. Northshore will attempt to move on its 25-12 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 30-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA).
The Cavalier (13-17) will now prepare for their match against Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA). The Rebels go into the non-league battle with a 21-14 record. In their last battle, Riverside Academy achieved victory over St. Charles Catholic (LaPlace, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
