Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Kahuku Red Raiders (Kahuku, HI) and the host Kamehameha Kapalama Warriors (Honolulu, HI), observed Kahuku's volleyball team top Kamehameha Kapalama by a count of 3-0.
The Red Raiders (19-2) will now prepare for their battle against 'Iolani (Honolulu, HI). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 24-7 record. In their last battle, 'Iolani achieved victory over Moanalua (Honolulu, HI), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now own a 34-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moanalua for a non-league battle on Saturday, November 1. Kamehameha Kapalama will meet a Menehune team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to 'Iolani (Honolulu, HI). The Menehune record now stands at 21-7.
