The Cibola Cougars football squad scored 28 points and restricted the host Volcano Vista Hawks to 24 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rio Rancho for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 11. Cibola will face a Rams squad coming off a 36-6 non-league win over Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
