The West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) football routed the host Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM), 52-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs face the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, October 11. West Mesa will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Monarchs enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 44-6 non-league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM).
The Vikings (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Bears enter the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, La Cueva walloped West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM), 42-14, in a non-league bout.
