In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Middletown South Eagles soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the Howell Rebels.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Freehold Boro (Freehold, NJ). The Colonials go into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record.
The Rebels (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Freehold Township (Freehold, NJ). The Patriots go into the Shore A - North battle with a 1-1 record.
