In Tuesday's league battle, the host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Padua Franciscan Bruins.
The Bruins (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Warriors come into the battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Walsh Jesuit was overwhelmed by Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
