The Chiefs now hold a 12-2 record. They play next when they travel to Carthage for a non-league test on Thursday, October 6. Kickapoo will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Joplin (Joplin, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, West Plains drops to 4-7 on the season. The Zizzers host Hillcrest (Springfield, MO) to meet the Hornets in a Ozarks test on Tuesday, October 11. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 2-6.
