The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Roosevelt Roughriders (Johnstown, CO) and the host Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO), saw Roosevelt's soccer squad get by Mountain View by a margin of 2-1.

The Roughriders now sport a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Frederick for a 4A/3A Longs Peak test on Thursday, October 6. Roosevelt will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Mountain View drops to 2-7 on the season. The Mountain lions travel to Niwot (Niwot, CO) to meet the Cougars in a 4A/3A Longs Peak test on Thursday, October 6. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 7-3. Niwot won 4-0 in their recent league test against Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO)
