The James Irwin Jaguars softball team (Colorado Springs, CO), was routed 15-0 in Tuesday's league test with the host La Junta Tigers (La Junta, CO)

Coming up next, the Tigers encounter the Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league test, on Friday, October 7. La Junta will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record. The Thunder enter the test with a 11-10 record after their 9-7 league win over Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO).

The Jaguars (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Florence (Florence, CO). The Huskies enter the 3A Tri Peaks test with a 3-16 record. In their last test, Florence was routed by Alamosa (Alamosa, CO), 11-1, in a league test.
