The Thomas Jefferson Vikings volleyball team (Richmond, VA), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Amelia County Raiders (Amelia Court House, VA)

The Raiders (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Statesmen come into the James River challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, Randolph-Henry went down by Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Prince Edward County Eagles (Farmville, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 12. Thomas Jefferson will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, VA).
