The McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Baker Hornets to 0 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 34-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain Brook for a non-league game on Thursday, October 6. McGill-Toolen will meet a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Spartans record now stands at 28-13.

The Hornets (7-17) will now prepare for their game against Davidson (Mobile, AL). The Warriors enter the 7A Area 1 game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Davidson was dropped by St. Paul's Episcopal (Mobile, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
