With the win, Brea Olinda upgrades its record to 9-14 on the year. The Wildcats travel to El Modena (Orange, CA) to play the Vanguards in a North Hills bout on Thursday, October 6. The Vanguards go into the bout with a record of 15-9. El Modena lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA)

The Aztecs now own a 7-13 record. They play next when they travel to Yorba Linda for a North Hills bout on Monday, October 10.
