In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Hawks volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Classical Prep Lions.
The Hawks (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Winter Haven Christian (Winter Haven, FL). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record.
Next, the Lions clash with the Hernando Christian Academy Lions (Brooksville, FL) in a 2A District 9 battle, on Friday, October 7. Classical Prep will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 16-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Meadowbrook Academy (Ocala, FL).
