The Colorado Springs Christian Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Florence Huskies to 0 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lamar for a 3A/2A/4A Tri-Peaks game on Saturday, October 8. Colorado Springs Christian will meet a Thunder team coming off a 3-0 league win over St. Mary's (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 13-0.

The Huskies (7-6) will now prepare for their game against Ellicott (Calhan, CO). The Thunderhawks enter the 3A/2A/4A Tri-Peaks game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Ellicott defeated Banning Lewis Academy (Colorado Springs, CO), 3-1, in a league game.
