Illinois High School Volleyball - De La Salle Fenwick

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Fenwick Friars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the De La Salle Meteors.

The Friars (9-15) will now prepare for their battle against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics come into the Girls Catholic (GCAC) battle with a 14-12 record. In their last battle, Providence Catholic lost by Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Meteors encounter the Montini Catholic Broncos (Lombard, IL) in a Girls Catholic (GCAC) battle, on Thursday, October 6. De La Salle will attempt to advance on its 24-5 season record. The Broncos come into the battle with a 13-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL).
