The Sandburg Eagles topped the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles now have a 16-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lockport for a SouthWest Suburban test on Thursday, October 6. Sandburg will confront a Porters team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL). The Porters record now stands at 18-5.

The Vikings (11-11) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Griffins enter the SouthWest Suburban test with a 18-3 record. In their last test, Lincoln-Way East gained a win over Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
