Illinois High School Volleyball - Milford over Schlarman

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Milford Bearcats (Milford, IL) and the host Schlarman Hilltoppers (Danville, IL), saw Milford's volleyball squad beat Schlarman by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Milford upgrades its record to 16-5 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Rantoul (Rantoul, IL) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-10. Rantoul lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL)

The Hilltoppers now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Georgetown-Ridge Farm for a Vermilion Valley bout on Thursday, October 6. Schlarman will play a Buffaloes squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Danville (Danville, IL). The Buffaloes record now stands at 7-15.
