The Prout Crusaders topped the visiting Classical Purples volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Crusaders now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cranston East for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 10. Prout will confront a Thunderbolts team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Warwick (West Warwick, RI). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 0-10.

The Purples (1-5) will now prepare for their test against South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI). The Rebels enter the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, South Kingstown gained a win over Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI), 2-0, in a non-league test.
