Next, the Hornets confront the Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 6. Leavitt will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Ramblers enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 1-0 league win over Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME).

With the loss, Maranacook drops to 0-9 on the season. The Black bears travel to Wells (Wells, ME) to meet the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, October 6. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-6. Wells won 3-1 in their recent league test against Lake Region (Naples, ME)
