The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Classical Magnet Gladiators (Hartford, CT) and the visiting Civic Leadership Eagles (Enfield, CT), saw Classical Magnet's volleyball squad nip Civic Leadership by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Classical Magnet upgrades its record to 2-7 on the year. The Gladiators host East Granby (East Granby, CT) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, October 6. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-8.
The Eagles now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Weaver for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10.
