The DeLaSalle Islanders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Columbia Heights Hylanders to 0 in the Islanders league victory on Wednesday.

The Islanders now have a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owatonna for a non-league game on Friday, October 6. DeLaSalle will meet a Huskies team coming off a 3-1 league win over Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 8-11.

The Hylanders (2-12) will now prepare for their game against Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 2-11 record. In their last game, Breck dropped by Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
