Connecticut High School Volleyball - Fitch over Windham

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT) and the host Windham Whippets (Willimantic, CT), saw Fitch's volleyball squad beat Windham by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Fitch upgrades its record to 4-7 on the year. The Falcons travel to Ledyard (Ledyard, CT) to play the Colonels in a Eastern Connecticut - Large bout on Monday, October 9. The Colonels go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Ledyard won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Windham (Willimantic, CT)

The Whippets now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ledyard for a non-league bout on Friday, October 6. Windham will play a Colonels squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Wheeler (North Stonington, CT). The Colonels record now stands at 4-7.
