The Waldwick Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Hawthorne Bears to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Warriors now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgefield Park for a non-league game on Thursday, October 5. Waldwick will meet a Scarlets team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ). The Scarlets record now stands at 5-9.
The Bears (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Harrison (Harrison, NJ). The Blue Tide enter the non-league game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Harrison was dropped by Kearny (Kearny, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
