Ohio High School Volleyball - Jefferson Area over St. John

October 4, 2023: Jefferson, OH 44047

Jefferson Area Falcons (Jefferson, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Lakeside Dragons (Ashtabula, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Lake match, on Thursday, October 5. Jefferson Area will attempt to advance on its 16-2 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 5-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH).

With the loss, St. John drops to 16-2 on the campaign. The Fighting herald travel to Badger (Kinsman, OH) to clash with the Braves in a non-league match on Thursday, October 5. The Braves come into the match with a record of 14-5. Badger lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Ursuline (Youngstown, OH)
